Our Story

Ivybridge was established in 2019 in response to a clear gap in the market between ‘mum-and-dad’ developers and large institutional property groups — a space where there are few, if any, developers who are both lean enough to remain competitive and experienced enough to deliver with institutional-grade capability, discipline, and oversight.

Ivybridge was created to operate confidently within this middle ground — bringing the governance, analytical rigour, and delivery standards typically seen in institutional environments to boutique-scale projects across Australia.
