Current Projects
QLD Medical Centre

The Fernvale Medical Centre is a circa $5 million boutique healthcare development in Queensland’s growing Somerset region. Ivybridge is the developer of the project, having led the site acquisition, secured a leading GP group as anchor tenant, and committed its own equity. In addition, Ivybridge structured the project’s capital stack, identifying and securing both investor equity and debt funding.

Currently under development, the project showcases Ivybridge’s full end-to-end capability — from feasibility and approvals through to design, delivery, and tenant engagement — with a strong focus on long-term asset performance.
WA Industrial Development
This circa $10 million industrial project currently in design comprises two modern factory buildings with ancillary office components, located in a key logistics and manufacturing precinct in Western Australia. Ivybridge is engaged as consultant Development Manager, leading the project through design management, lease negotiation, procurement and authority approvals.

The engagement highlights Ivybridge’s capability in managing complex industrial assets, with a focus on functionality, buildability, and commercial outcomes — ensuring the project is delivered in line with tenant requirements and program objectives.

WA Mixed Use Development

This circa $40m masterplanned development brings together large format retail, fast food, office, and industrial uses across an amalgamated multi-lot site in Western Australia. Ivybridge was engaged as consultant on early-stage strategy, including highest and best use analysis, masterplanning, feasibility assessment, and tenant mix development.

Currently in concept design, the project demonstrates Ivybridge’s expertise in unlocking complex sites through commercially led planning, integrated use coordination, and strategic positioning to maximise long-term value and development potential.
