Investment
Ivybridge actively invests in commercial property across a range of asset classes and risk profiles, including ground-up developments, value-add opportunities, and strategic repositioning projects. We invest in our own developments as principal, and we also selectively invest in projects led by trusted partners where we see strong fundamentals and a clear value proposition.

We specialise in identifying surplus land, inefficient layouts, or subdivision opportunities that can be reconfigured or intensified for greater commercial return.
